Michelle supports leaders to ‘get the right things done well’ whether that is explosive income growth, development and implementation of winning strategies, transformation and shorter term projects, interim consultancy or executive coaching. She has a track record of delivering ahead of time and within budget.

Michelle has held Directorships in Marketing & Product Development and Corporate Relationship Development in a FTSE 100, including leading her team to deliver £1bn income. She has also performed senior leadership roles in the third sector including Non Exec Director. Michelle is an executive coach in business and charity and a mentor for Business Wales. She has APMG Prince2 Project Management Practitioner and Change Management Practitioner certifications.
